<P>In the University of Idaho weekly communications the University said:</P>
<P>"* UI is asking the school children of Idaho to name its third mule clone <BR>foal. The university has developed a special Web site for children to <BR>learn about the Project Idaho mules - aptly named the Clone Zone, <BR><A href="http://www.uidaho.edu/clonezone">www.uidaho.edu/clonezone</A>"</P>
<P>I am just curious as to many people in Idaho would not be upset about treating cloning as something "just fine" to children.</P>
<P>For years Republicans have been against the idea of cloning saying it is unethical and unnatural. So what do parents think about their children going to a government website "Clone Zone" to pitch the idea and have them be part of the process?</P>
<P>Any thoughts on this? </P>

<DIV></DIV>&gt;John:
<DIV></DIV>&gt;Perhaps the answer will be four new council members voted into office on November
<DIV></DIV>&gt;4. To some there are several reasons besides the tax issue to support that result.

<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; &gt; &gt; Let's hope that Moscow has a similar reaction during the next round of
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; &gt; &gt; tax-hike requests. Enough is enough.
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt;
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; It is already too late. The most recent round of tax hikes started last
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; year when the city suddenly realized the water department was "broke",
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; continued with this years budget process which included a 3% property tax
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; increase, a 4% increase in water fees,(on top of last years doubling of
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; fees) and finished with this week's increase in almost all fees charged by
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; the city for "services", increases the city claimed were needed to offset
<DIV></DIV>&gt; &gt; costs, such as the "pay for performance" salary increases.
