Visionaries,

It appears as if the post office was unable to get all the new Curbside =
Brochures mailed.  They were sent out on September 9th, 2003.

If you or someone you know has not received this mailing please contact =
Moscow Recycling at 882-0590 or send us an e-mail.  We are compiling a =
list to present to the post of individuals that did not receive the =
brochure.

I am hoping that by the end of the day, an update of our web page will =
include more details concerning changes to the curbside program.  =
