[Vision2020] tri-state building

Does anyone know what's going to go into the tri-state building once the
furniture store and Deranleau's move? Or is tri-state expanding? Or is it
just going to be vacant?

And how about the Sears building near Staples, is there any hope for it?

And someone told me that a new sears was going to move into the old Sears
place (in the eastside marketplace) but of course these are all rumors and
conjectures and does anyone have any real information?
