[Vision2020] tri-state building

Debbie,
     The Daily News had a write-up about the Sears at
Eastside Marketplace. The Sears store will take over
and occupy a portion of the VIDEOLAND space. Videoland
will still be there, but apparently it doesn't need
all of that huge building.
     I'm clueless about the Tri-State/Furniture West
building though. I just heard the radio ad that
Furniture West had lost their lease.
