[Vision2020] Moscow's coliseum

With the Kibbie Dome, The U of I Athletic Center, The
Memorial Gym, the High School, JR High School, and the
youth center, there are PLENTY of places to play
basketball.....not to mention the courts at East City
Park. 
Personally I think the city is wasting the precious
money that was intended for the KIDS of Moscow.
How about making the skate park bigger and better so
the kids don't risk major bodily harm at the
University?  I don't remember any other group that had
to raise most of the money for a project like those
kids did.  It doesn't seem right at all.
