[Vision2020] Moscow's coliseum

I understood the Hamiliton bequest to specifically target these funds for
the benefit of "young children". Early childhood is widely considered to be
between the ages of birth to eight years of age. Other than a fast food
playground, are there safe, indoor places for young children to play in
Moscow?   It's clear that the needs of young children and their families
have not been included in this design.
