[Vision2020] Bush Advisor Resigns

Garrett et. al.

While the "who is smarter" contest would not be won by Bush, VP Cheney is a
sharp cookie, though I disagree with him on many issues. Many regard Cheney
as the brains behind the Bush administration, along with other admittedly
smart people Bush is surrounded by. I'd rather see Bush resign, and let
Cheney come out of the shadows to lead the country. I find Cheney to be far
more likable than Bush. As long as the US is going to be ruined by
loyalists to multinational energy corporations and other industrialists,
loyalists who care more about the profits of the companies they retain
loyalty to than they do about the average American, it would be some
consolation for the focal point of this process to be a cuddly avuncular
presence like Cheney, who after all might really be running the country more
than the "figure head" G. Bush.
