[Vision2020] the case for civility

Mr. Rounds makes an excellent point in asking "what
ever happened to...the suggestion that we take time to
cool off between posts?"

How refreshing it would be if every message posted to
Vision 2020 attacked the issues, not the individuals.
But I suppose some would argue that, in at least some
cases, the individuals are the issues...
