Dan,

I understand where you are coming from. I tend to think the same thing. 
Unforuantly, it is not like that in this situation. It is expected that men 
and women fight for THIS country. And it is expected that they not be 
recklessly be put in harms way.

If we are at war, and it is for a good reason. Yes, they did sign up for it 
and have to take the good with the bad. But when they are fighting to get 
rid of fictional WMD's, I think that is the government is abusing the few 
rights left of our soldiers.
