Those kinds of decisions should be made by the boards that oversee such
events. My disagreement was that the decision should be rendered by the

The Moscow Renaissance Fair (that's the spring celebration at the park =

Rendezvous in the Park (that's the mid-summer concert series that =

admission) first made the request for alcohol sales in 1990 and =
suggested
that the Renaissance Fair would benefit as well from that. The RenFair
board disagreed publicly (as Ron Force notes below).=20
Rendezvous again brought up the suggestion for alcohol sales in the =
park,
during the Rendezvous only and under strict conditions, a few years ago.
The RenFair was not a part of that request. The request was denied.=20
