[Vision2020] re: liquor liability

Returning to the 1912 building issue...I attended (if memory serves 
correctly, it was a long time ago) fifth grade in that building, this would 
have been circa 1960 or 1961.  It was a beautiful old building in serious 
disrepair, with large sections closed off.  It would have been a shame for 
the town to have lost such a wonderful old place, and I am personally 
delighted at its restoration and return to prominence.  Buildings such at 
that are a vital part of the ambience of a community.  If my tax dollars 
have been spent in this endeavor, I can only approve.  Moscow would be a 
lesser community without it.  The concept of a community financed Community 
Building is not exactly limited to our town.
