Doesn't Idaho have what I believe is called "Third Party" laws concerning
liquor establishments? If a tavern serves alcohol to a person knowing that
they are intoxicated and that person commits an unlawful act as a direct
result of his/her intoxication, the tavern is also liable.
I am not certain, but I believe that Idaho has such laws on the books,
Please correct me if I am wrong.
