Phil -
You stated that there are no students 21 years of age or over that live in
the halls. You are far from accurate. As a non-traditional student at UI,
I lived in the Alumni Residence Center (students 21 or over), not to mention
graduate student housing (full of students over 21), or members of the
senior class (at least 90% over 21) that live in various residence halls. I
am not considering the Greek houses since those are considered private
property by the state of Idaho.
I am willing to concede that the students are "around town" only 6-1/2
months out of the year. How much money did your cash registers toll up on
Mom's Weekend? Dad's Weekend? Homecoming? Mardi-Gras? If you were like
most clubs in town you advertised "live bands", special beer prices, etc.
etc., or are you going to force me to pull out some old copies of the
Argonaut and post them here to remind you?
