Actually, with a 28 cent a gallon gas tax already in place, and specifically
dedicated for roads ITD should pay for it, and the City Council should
force the issue, perhaps at the next quarterly inter-governmental meeting.

Here we go........another tax to the citizens. If the kids need a land
bridge, the University should tax itself $1.00 per student. Or what ever. It
is for the sole benefit of the University and it's customers. The students!
Stop putting these burdens on us, the citizens. There are only 8,000 (e) of
us that pay. Get out of our pockets!
