I suppose none of those students are crossing the road to shop at the
mall, WinCo, Tri-State, Arby's, Wendy's, etc? And I suppose none of those
kids spendy any of their cash at CJ's. And I suppose if one of those kids
did get run over by a car and sued the city ... hmm, where would that
money come from?
