And all for the sake of safety...what a novel thought. We should all =
pay for that whether we like it or not. This should have been done ages =
ago. Maybe we should track down the city council members who have =
approved these apartment developments in the past and make them pay. =
Maybe we should do this with all politicians (who we elected) who have =
made questionable decisions. Get involved in the beginning...or suck it =
up! I like Dick's idea, but I really think that the state should be =
picking it all up. But we all know how interested they are in safety =
(intersection of Lauder and Hwy 95!)

Here we go........another tax to the citizens. If the kids need a land =
bridge, the University should tax itself $1.00 per student. Or what =
ever. It is for the sole benefit of the University and it's customers. =
The students! Stop putting these burdens on us, the citizens. There are =
only 8,000 (e) of us that pay. Get out of our pockets!
