The mayor has scheduled a special council meeting for Monday, April 28th =
at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers. Mark Cook, City of Moscow Public Works =
Director, will be updating the council on the status of negotiations =
with representatives of Naylor Farms. The Mayor has stated that there =
