Visionaries,
  Maybe the folks at FIRST STEP or elsewhere will say
otherwise, but doesn't Ron Force's comment yesterday
make all this discussion moot?
  As Ron mentioned and as we all know, filtering works
on email addresses only. With hotmail,yahoo,
email.com, excite, etc, etc etc. offering unlimited
free e-mail addresses anyone wanting to get back on
the list after being banned can do so.
  So, even if it was a good idea to ban someone why
discuss it at length if it's plain not do-able?
