In advance of Monday's presentation, our speaker Jose Pienknagura suggested that I circulate this - he noted that as sureties are focusing on contracts and the risks taken by their principles, this article addresses the COVID-19 Contract Checklist for Owners, Developers, and Lenders.  Mr. Pienknagura notes that this can be shared with clients.

I'm also attaching here the powerpoint presentation for anyone who may be calling in, instead of attending via Zoom.

Good afternoon everyone!

I wanted to remind everyone that this upcoming Monday, February 22, 2021 at 12:00 PM we have our next RPPTL Insurance and Surety Committee Meeting.  Starting next month, we will be going back to our normally scheduled "third Monday" meeting schedule (as you may recall from Michael's prior email, we pushed this one back due to Presidents Day).

We are going to have a great presentation by Jose Pienknagura, Director Large Construction Accounts, US National Construction Practice, Gallagher Construction Services.  Mr. Pieknagura will be speaking on a variety of topics of interest related to surety law - please join us for what I know will be an entertaining and informative presentation!
