[Liability Insurance] REMINDER - Special Joint Meeting of the Insurance & Surety Committee and the CLC Live at the Breakers...AND CLE CREDITS

Folks,

This is a friendly reminder that on Thursday, July 25, at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern), and in conjunction with this week's RPPTL Executive Council meeting at the Breakers, the Insurance & Surety Committee will have a joint meeting with the Construction Law Committee.  While this meeting will be held live in a meeting room (Gulfstream 2) at the Breakers, there will also be a call-in line which is provided below.  Thursday's meeting will have an abbreviated agenda (attached), but there will be a couple of brief updates on the I&S's planned legislation initiatives and on the status of the CLC's legislative proposal.  Running the I&S portion of Thursday's meeting will be our Vice-Chair Katie Heckert.  Additionally, Sanjay Kurian will be presenting a "Case Law Update" CLE.  So, we encourage you all to either attend in person if you're in the West Palm Beach area, or call-in on the line provided below.

In other news...the CLE credits are in!  Please find attached for your reference and records I&S's report on CLE Credits for the CLEs held from September 2018 through June 2019.  The form should provide all the information you will need to report your credits to the Bar, including the reference numbers, but please remember that you must self-report all the CLEs that you attended (i.e., the Committee does not report your credits for you)
