<p class="MsoNormal">This is a friendly reminder that on Thursday, July 25, at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern), and in conjunction with this week’s RPPTL Executive Council meeting at the Breakers, the Insurance & Surety Committee will have a joint meeting with the Construction
Law Committee. While this meeting will be held live in a meeting room (Gulfstream 2) at the Breakers, there will also be a call-in line which is provided below. Thursday’s meeting will have an abbreviated agenda (attached), but there will be a couple of
brief updates on the I&S’s planned legislation initiatives and on the status of the CLC’s legislative proposal. Running the I&S portion of Thursday’s meeting will be our Vice-Chair Katie Heckert. Additionally, Sanjay Kurian will be presenting a “Case Law
Update” CLE. So, we encourage you all to either attend in person if you’re in the West Palm Beach area, or call-in on the line provided below.
