This is a reminder for our monthly Insurance and Surety Committee call, scheduled for Monday, October 15, 2018 - beginning at Noon.

Our speaker for Monday's CLE will be William "Bill" Zachry, who will speak to us on "Workers' Compensation and Related Issues."

Mr. Zachry is a Senior Fellow of the Sedgwick Institute and serves on the board of California's State Compensation Insurance Fund, which is California's largest provider of workers' compensation insurance, and he is known throughout the risk management industry as a champion of workers' compensation reform.  Previously, Mr. Zachry served as group Vice President of Risk Management for the national grocery retailer, Safeway / Albertsons.  His 15 years of leadership there earned him recognition as the Business Insurance Risk Manager of the Year in 2014 and recipient of the California Coalition on Workers' Compensation's Tim East Award in 2016.
