This is a reminder for our monthly Insurance and Surety Committee call, scheduled for Monday, November 19, 2018 - beginning at Noon.

Our speaker for Monday's CLE will be our very own Robert Friedman, Esq, whose presentation is entitled "Deductibles and SIRs: Coverage Issues."

Mr. Friedman is the founder of the law firm, Friedman P.A., in Palm Beach, FL, which provides corporate insurance counseling to some of the largest and most respected corporations throughout Florida, the Caribbean, New York, and other jurisdictions in the U.S. and worldwide.  Mr. Friedman is nationally-recognized as one of the leading Florida insurance lawyers exclusively representing policyholders.  Mr. Friedman has written extensively about insurance coverage and other legal issues for national and regional publications, including National Underwriter, Business Insurance, Risk & Insurance, Daily Business Review, South Florida Business Journal, and the Harvard Law Record, and he has also presented on a wide range of insurance topics on both a national and local scale.
