[Liability Insurance] Florida Bar RPPTL Insurance & Surety Committee - RPPTL Executive Meeting and Cancellation of Regularly Scheduled Call on Monday, November 17, 2014

Everyone:

Attached is the schedule for the RPPTL Executive Council meeting in Naples this week for your review.  The Insurance & Surety Committee will be meeting on Friday, November 14th at 8:00 am in the Royal Palm 2-3.

The purpose of the meeting will be to refine the outline for the Cyber Insurance seminar the Committee is planning to present at the 2015 Annual Meeting next June.  If you are unable to attend in person, please participate by phone.  Everyone's input is welcome.

Since we will be having a Committee meeting on Friday, the monthly call scheduled for Monday, November 17th will be cancelled.  The next telephonic meeting will be Monday, December 15th beginning at noon.

Charles E. Comiskey, President of RiskTech, Inc. and Senior Vice President for Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. provide the CLE presentation for the December 15th meeting.  His presentation is titled: "Insurance Gaps - In the Eyes of the Beholder."  Mr. Comiskey's presentation will address selected indemnity and coverage issues and how critical gaps in coverage should be addressed by the practitioners.  His presentation will provide practical tips which should be useful to all of us and our clients.

We look forward to the meeting on Friday, and the call in December.
