[Liability Insurance] Florida Bar RPPT Insurance & Surety Committee -- REMINDER OF MEETING CANCELLATION

Everyone:

This is to remind you that since we had a meeting last Friday at the Executive Council meeting, the monthly call scheduled for today at noon has been cancelled.  The next telephonic meeting will be Monday, December 15th beginning at noon.

Charles E. Comiskey, President of RiskTech, Inc. and Senior Vice President for Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc. provide the CLE presentation for the December 15th meeting.  His presentation is titled: "Insurance Gaps - In the Eyes of the Beholder."  Mr. Comiskey's presentation will address selected indemnity and coverage issues and how critical gaps in coverage should be addressed by the practitioners.  His presentation will provide practical tips which should be useful to all of us and our clients.

We look forward to the call in December.
