[Liability Insurance] FW: 2014 Construction Related Bills that Passed

I am forwarding Fred Dudley's updated legislative report.  Fred would like to alert you to the two (2) insurance bills (Senate Bills 708 and 1672, both of which have been signed into law and will become effective on July 1, 2014).  If time permits, we may discuss Fred's report.  If not, we will do so on the July telephone conference.
