Charles E. Comiskey is an insurance industry expert located in Houston, and the President of RiskTech, Inc. and Senior Vice President for Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates, Inc.  The title of his presentation is "Insurance Gaps - In the Eyes of the Beholder."  His presentation will cover selected indemnity and coverage issues and gaps.  This presentation will be of great benefit to transactional and litigation attorneys alike.  It will cover a few of the more critical gaps in coverage and deficiencies in insurance policies and in real property contracts and will provide guidance on how to fix them to ensure appropriate coverage of risks to clients.
