[Liability Insurance] Florida Bar RPPTL Insurance & Surety Committee

Everyone:

As we discussed on our last call, the RPPTL Executive Council meeting will be held at the Breakers hotel in Palm Beach this week.  The Insurance & Surety Committee will have an in-person meeting on Thursday, July 25, 2013, beginning at 1:30 pm in the Gulfstream 4 conference room.  For those in the area who can attend, we look forward to seeing you.  It is always great to see and meet everyone at the Executive Council meeting and Annual Section Legislative Update.  For those who cannot attend, the dial-in information is on the attached agenda.

Also attached are recent insurance-related cases that Scott Pence and Michael Meyer will discuss as time permits.  Since this is an in-person meeting, the agenda is flexible if there are organizational and other issues that need to be addressed.  We also encourage non-Committee members to attend, so encourage your colleagues to attend as well.
