Bruce Partington of Clark Partington Hart Larry Bond of Pensacola will present on advising clients regarding insurance issues both pre-project and after there is an event/claim.  Bruce will provide us a checklist (which will be circulated prior to the call) of issues every lawyer should address, which will be a benefit to both transactional and litigators.
