[RPPTL LandTen] CLE on Executive Suite / Co-Working Spaces

Dear Landlord Tenant Committee:
We are in the process of developing a CLE presentation (most likely to be
given in the form of a webinar) on how both attorneys and their clients can
utilize Executive Suites/ Co-working Spaces to meet various business needs
(from a client testing a new geographic market to an attorney wanting to
branch out as a sole practitioner without a ton of overhead costs). The CLE
will likely cover the following topics:
1) Types of shared space leasing options;
2) Negotiating lease terms in shared spaces;
3) Determining insurance needs in shared spaces;
4) Maneuvering regulatory matters (such as clean desk policies for closing
agents); and
5) Maintaining confidentiality for clients and the shift to cloud-based
file storage programs.
Does anyone on the committee have any experience representing an owner (or
property manager) of an Executive Suite/Co-Working Space who would be
willing to contribute to this CLE or has anyone represented a client
(landlord or tenant) in a dispute involving an executive suite or
co-working space?
If anyone has any other comments on this subject or ideas on what you think
would be helpful to address, please let me know.
