<div dir="ltr">Dear Landlord Tenant Committee:<div><br></div><div>We are in the process of developing a <span class="" id=":137.1" tabindex="-1" style="">CLE</span> presentation (most likely to be given in the form of a <span class="" id=":137.2" tabindex="-1" style="">webinar</span>) on how both attorneys and their clients can utilize Executive Suites/ Co-working Spaces to meet various business needs (from a client testing a new geographic market to an attorney wanting to branch out as a sole practitioner without a ton of overhead costs). The <span class="" id=":137.3" tabindex="-1" style="">CLE</span> will likely cover the following topics:</div><div><br></div><div>1) Types of shared space leasing options;</div><div>2) Negotiating lease terms in shared spaces;</div><div>3) Determining insurance needs in shared spaces;</div><div>4) Maneuvering regulatory matters (such as clean desk policies for closing agents); and</div><div>5) Maintaining confidentiality for clients and the shift to cloud-based file storage programs. </div><div><br></div><div>Does anyone on the committee have any experience representing an owner (or property manager) of an Executive Suite/Co-Working Space who would be willing to contribute to this <span class="" id=":137.4" tabindex="-1" style="">CLE</span> or has anyone represented a client
