presentation. Joel R. Hall, Esq., of the Law Offices of Joel R. Hall will
present on the topic of co-tenancy issues. Mr. Hall is an accomplished
negotiator and innovator of leasing policy with extensive experience in the
negotiation and drafting of retail and office leases for developers and
tenants. He has over 40 years of experience in commercial leasing
transactions with national and international exposure.
