This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE will be Monday, May 9, 2022, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speaker for Monday’s CLE will be Erik M. Hanson, Esq. and James P. Terpening, Esq. of Shutts & Bowen, whose presentation is entitled “Construction Contract Drafting – Five of the Most Important Provisions to Consider When Advising Your Clients."

CLE NOTE:  The CLE certificate for today’s CLE is attached.  For CLE course numbers for past meetings, please have your assistants check the CLC website for course numbers. CLE NOTE FOR OTHER STATES:  It has come to my attention that some states require that we track attendance in order for participants to qualify for CLE credit. If you were in attendance last month and your name is not reflected on the list, please send me an email so that I can record it.
