Folks,
As promised on today’s call, find attached SB 736 as originally filed and the proposed amendment. To recap, the CLC voted to oppose the bill, RPPTL is providing “technical advice” through its lobbyist, and this bill is scheduled to be heard in the Senate Committee on Community Affairs this Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
