This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE is this coming Monday, May 11, 2020, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speaker for Monday’s CLE will be  Russ Robertson and Cailin McGough, with Cap Ex Advisory Group, whose presentation is entitled “Covid19:  Lessons from the Field - Emerging Issues that Confront Occupied Renovations.”

Attached are the following: (1) the agenda for Monday’s meeting; (2) meeting minutes from our April 13, 2020 meeting; and (3) our presenters’ PowerPoint for the CLE presentation.

NOTE:  We are trying an experiment this month.  We are going to attempt to use Zoom for the CLE presentation.  If you wish to attend by Zoom, the link, meeting ID and password are below.
