This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE is this coming Monday, July 13, 2020, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speakers for Monday’s CLE will be Aaron C. Dunlap, Esq. and Henry S. Wulf, Esq., with Carlton Fields, whose presentation is entitled “Climate Change Impacts on Property Interests and Development – Sea Level Rise.”

Attached are the following: (1) the agenda for Monday’s meeting; (2) meeting minutes from our June 8, 2020 meeting; and (3) Aaron’s PowerPoint for Monday’s CLE presentation.  Note:  I will attempt to send Henry’s PowerPoint to the listserv, but at 28 MB in size, it will probably bounce.
