We have a meeting tomorrow with business starting at 11:30AM and our CLE presentation beginning at noon or as soon as the business portion of our meeting is concluded.

Our CLE Presenter is Jason William Anderson, P.E. from SEA, Ltd. and his topic is "Maintenance of Traffic - Overview, Case Studies and 3D Resources."  We will be doing this as a live webinar and Jason will, hopefully, be able to share some cool 3-d graphics with us.

The trial court order in the Siena At Celebration Master Association case (first item) is now the second trial court opinion he is aware of to date that "clarifies" the Tiara Condominium case's holding regarding application of the economic loss rule.

I heard there's going to be a CLC Construction Roundtable in Sarasota.  What does that mean? When is it happening? Then again, you know you'd have misplaced this if I sent it last week.
