I know all of you construction lawyers are out there actively working on your bar activities this Saturday night.  To quell your Saturday Night Construction Law Fever, especially that of our three past chairs ...

.... we offer you the following information about our next meeting on Monday, August 12, beginning at 11:30AM.

The agenda and last month's minutes are attached for your review.  As is our custom, the first 30 minutes will be official Committee business guest-chaired by Scott Pence.  It will be very official.  And dignified.  Just like this email.

At noon, we will have an approximately 30 minute CLE.  Jesse Graham will speak on "Bankruptcy Preferences and Your Construction Client."  Mr. Graham's materials are attached.
