Gang: DON'T FORGET that the CLC's May monthly teleconference begins
promptly at 11:30 a.m. today. The call-in telephone number is

See attached a copy of the Agenda for today's meeting's, the Minutes
from last month's meeting, the Construction Regulation Subcommittee's
report and an updated CLC Directory.  

Our May speaker is Michael Clark with Siegfried Rivera. Michael's
presentation is will address contractual limitations of liability.
Contract?!  I don't need no stinking contract!

ARNIE QUIZ RESULTS

The winner of the Arnie Quiz Contest is John Campo from Gainesville, FL
with three (3) correct answers. Congratulations John!! 

Both Bill Beaver and Rob Doan also got three (3) questions correct but
failed to follow the simple instructions of the quiz (only respond to me
- not the entire CLC) and were each penalized one (1) point for their
transgression. 

Thanks to all 78 folks that played the game!! 

Answers to Quiz as follows:

Q.1 - Donald Trump.  I told him a hundred times, don't sneak-up on me at
a party.  We haven't spoken since. 

Q.2 - Despite being from Jacksonville, I've never attended a Monster
Truck Rally much less sat in a private sky box for such.  Wrestling is
completely different and was in The Cap Center in Landover, Maryland.
Jackson 5 Victory Tour.  Oh, how I do miss you Michael. 

Q.3 - Pitching dimes.  Why would Arnie bag Granny's honey baked ham or
flip burgers for $2.27 ('80) per hour when he was netting in excess of
$10.00 per day gambling?  During brief hiatus from private school due to
behavioral and academic issues, attended Robert E. Lee High School (only
in Jacksonville) where I learned to pitch dimes, play craps and Tonk (a
card game) and was introduced to the Funkadelics / Parliament and Kool
Menthol cigarettes.  Arnold, Sr. was not enamored by my interest in
inner-city culture and, upon requesting a gold front tooth, I was
quickly returned to prep school where I graduated.  The "A Clock Work
Orange" experiment didn't pan-out for dear old pops.

Q.4 - I was never a Chippendale Dancer (and it wasn't for lack of
trying). See Patrick Swayze and Chris Farley skit on SNL for reason why.

Q.5 - Malcolm Gladwell. (Caveat:  I would rather dine and drink with
Larry and Steve and I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Oprah for
introducing my wife to the middle aged housewife erotica book "50 Shades
of Gray).
