Whoever you select, you might have your client interview the expert
witness to ensure your client is comfortable with their technical
expertise.

 

You might try Mark Doran.  He works as an expert on behalf of the
federal government on delay claims.  His fees were reasonable.

Can anyone recommend an expert for a case involving a delay claim made
by a GC against a municipal owner where the municipality brought a 3rd
party claim against the project architect?  Location of the expert would
be immaterial.  Many thanks.
