They are competent expert witnesses and have knowledge as a consulting firm, project managers, owners reps and forensic accounting concerning construction. Can anyone recommend an expert for a case involving a delay claim made by a GC against a municipal owner where the municipality brought a 3rd party claim against the project architect?  Location of the expert would be immaterial.  Many thanks.
