[RPPTL-constructionlaw] need referral of an architect expert (ithink)

Good advice.
If you are looking for a scheduling expert, I would use Chad Hutchison of Navigant out of Atlanta. Like all good delay/scheduling experts, he is not cheap but if you set a budget up front, you can probably set up a budget commensurate with the amount at issue. I have used Chad in large, excess of $10 million, claims and relatively small less than $200,000 claims. I like Chad's approach because he focuses on what actually happened on the project instead of a theoretical what if approach.

Whoever you select, you might have your client interview the expert witness to ensure your client is comfortable with their technical expertise.
You might try Mark Doran. He works as an expert on behalf of the federal government on delay claims. His fees were reasonable.

Subject: [RPPTL-constructionlaw] need referral of an architect expert (ithink)
Can anyone recommend an expert for a case involving a delay claim made by a GC against a municipal owner where the municipality brought a 3rd party claim against the project architect? Location of the expert would be immaterial. Many thanks.
