Attached is the latest draft of the Florida Fair Foreclosure Act.  The
Section's Ad Hoc Foreclosure Reform Committee has been working with
Reps. Kathleen Passidomo and George Moraitis to develop legislation to
address some of the issues with foreclosures in Florida.  You are
receiving this email in your capacity as chair of one of the following
committees: 

*	Mortgage and other Encumbrances 
*	Real Property Litigation
*	RP Problem Study
*	Title Insurance
*	Condominium and Planned Development (association liens)
*	Construction Law (construction liens)

Kindly circulate the attached draft to your members immediately and ask
them to review it and offer any comments or revisions they may have.
Please compile these comments and revisions and email them to Jerry Aron
no later than the close of business on August 18, 2011.  Jerry's email
address is jaron at aronlaw.com.  We understand that this is a fast track
but the Ad Hoc committee will be meeting on August 19th to discuss the
comments and submit any changes to Rep. Passidomo shortly thereafter.
