Ok, maybe I'm a terrible person for responding to the entire list about this, but Jerry Aron's email address wasn't visible in the message--This bill contains two things that I think are egregious--1) making it legal to foreclose on property without a judicial sale, in which case the poor mortgagor would lose his equity (probably without being able to read the notice the bank would inform him with), and 2) repealing §57.105.
Everyone needs to be informed of this. Who is looking to get rid of §57.105, and why? Who wants to take owners' equity?
