Thank you for your time today.  I would appreciate any referral recommendations for individuals that might assist me in the I-4 Commercial Director role for Skanska USA Civil - Southeast and John Laing Investments within the special purpose company of I-4 Mobility Partners.  I have attached introductory information on Helbling and Associates, Skanska USA Civil - Southeast, and a position description for your review.

The I-4 project is the largest of its kind in the state of Florida and gaining national recognition for the design build and public-private partnership concepts.  At the present time, the project is scoped to be approximately 22 miles, 74 bridges, construction costs of $2.3 billion, and with an 8 year schedule.
