Dear Friends,

I have a client whose home is now sinking as the result of large scale urban constrcution.

Vibration from pile driving turned muck into jello and dredging of nearby lake for placement of piles removed sediment which had held back water now percolating throughout property and causing house to sink 5 inches in the past 8 months

Expert must have thorough knowledge of core sampling, ground penetrating radar, soil mechanics, liquefaction issues, floating of fines, etc.
