[WSBARP] cross-post/LL Tenant - AZ

Hi all,

PC has a lease in PHX AZ - very long arbitration clause.  Since March AC
has been on the brink with 10 calls logged from March through October
2026.  Most recently, it was "fixed" but stopped working the next day.  In
Phoenix, this is an issue.   Three young men would like to terminate this
lease and one happens to be a "Kiepe".  I would think to argue this
constitutes a breach by LL so extreme that the only acceptable remedy is to
terminate the lease.  Of course I am biased in the matter. ;)

 Does anyone have a recommendation for someone we could engage for a
consultation and an estimate of the costs for next steps?
