<div dir="ltr"><div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">Hi all,</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:large">PC has a lease in PHX AZ - very long arbitration clause.  Since March AC has been on the brink with 10 calls logged from March through October 2026.  Most recently, it was "fixed" but stopped working the next day.  In Phoenix, this is an issue.
