[WSBARP] Referral Needed - LL/T or Ejectment

Happy Friday!
PC contacted me with the following scenario:
I need to evict my son from my home. For the last 4 years I have been living in a senior community while my son stayed in my house. About a year ago he started getting heavily involved in gambling and drugs. He started screwing up the house payment and now owes me over $6000. Last October I moved back into the house to save it from him. He was supposed to move out and didn't. Currently he is supposed to be paying the utilities while I pay the house payment. But he isn't. I want him out!!
Although the message did not say, I strongly suspect based on the referral source that the PC is in either King County or Pierce County.
Who can I recommend that she contact about her matter?
