[WSBARP] Referral for Elder Abuse Atty (defense)

Hi Craig,

I generally represent plaintiffs in elder abuse cases, but sometimes represent the defendant when I think APS has been really egregious and overreaching.  If you could send me a summary of the case, I could consider it. Also, if APS has made an initial finding of abuse, there should be a written notice to the defendant with a deadline for requesting a hearing. That is a critical date. If a hearing is not requested before that deadline, the finding becomes final and cannot be appealed. So if there is such a letter from APS, include that as well.

I’m out this week but could take a look at it over the weekend or early next week.
